Observe:
- When the parameter is set to State all the LOD values across the sate remains same (even if the report is drilled to city) across Category and Segment
- When Category is selected, the LOD values are constant for each of the columnar Category for all States and Segments
- When Segment is selected, the Colored Segments same across all states and Categories
